Some X-Men posters i did for the new movie. These started as sketches on A3, then scanned and colored in photoshop. Mystique took forever,those makings were driving me crazy, but both of them were fun to paint. 

Some quick sketches form my sketch books, the ladies were 10 min sketches from photos. the others are from imagination.

If you've been living in a cave Godzilla is out in theaters!!! Go see that shit!!! So this one took 2 days in total, A3 on toned paper, 2B, 3B, 2B 0.5 mechanical pencil, white pencil. Super fun to draw, then colored it a little in PS.

A bit more rendered sketch, did it last night, about 3 hours. Started of using the double envelope technique, using horizontal and vertical lines to check proportion and position. Started to render the drawing and realized that the higher knee was way off and smaller, so had to re draw it again. After completing realized that the head ended up slightly smaller then on the model, but it still works. Overall happy with the result, very good study and practice. Drawing is A3 sixe, used 2B, 3B, mechanical 2B 0.5mm pencil & white pencil.
